Our Commercial Construction Process

We start by learning your goals, your budget, and the way you want to use the finished space. There is no pressure and no jargon, just a real conversation about what you need. From there we put a plan in place to meet those goals, and we keep that plan in plain sight for the rest of the project.

Preconstruction
This is where ideas turn into a workable plan. We coordinate with your design team, or bring in ours, and pull together a complete set of construction documents. Think of these as the full instruction manual for your building. This up front work is what lets us price the project accurately and set a realistic timeline, rather than guessing and correcting later.
3.
Proposal and Schedule
We present a clear written proposal that spells out the scope, the cost, and the schedule in language you can actually follow. You will know what you are paying for and when each phase is expected to happen, before any commitment is made. Questions are always welcome, and nothing moves forward until you are comfortable.
4.
Permitting and Approvals
Once the proposal is approved, we handle the paperwork. We prepare and submit your plans to the local authorities and manage the permitting process from start to finish. This is often the most confusing part of a build for an owner, so we take it off your plate and keep you posted. The result is no surprises before work begins.
5.
Final Walkthrough
Before we call the job done, we walk the finished project together. We review every detail against our standards and yours, note anything that needs a final touch, and take care of it. When you take the keys, you should feel that the work was done right, done completely, and done the way it was promised.

Build with Care
This is where the work comes to life. We build with craftsmanship and precision, and we keep the lines of communication open the whole way through. Safety comes first on every job site, and we keep that site clean and organized out of respect for your property and the people on it. You will always know who to call and exactly where the project stands.
